Registration Questions:

How does registration work?
You must register online when you receive a link from TideWater. When you register, you will see a list of all available time slots. (If you do not see one of the offered time slots in the listing, then that particular spot is already full.) You do not pay until you have chosen the time slot that best fits your schedule.

How soon after I receive the link should I sign up?
We recommend signing up as soon as you receive the link for registration as time slots do fill quickly.  All available time slots are on a first come, first serve basis.  Registration will remain open until all the times have been filled or the session ends.

Registration Tips:

  • We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer to register online.  Tablets & mobile devices may not be compatible with the Active interface.
  • You DO NOT need to ‘accept’ the Active Membership Advertisement at the end of registration.  Please click ‘No, Thank You’.  This fee usually shows on your card a month later.  We are unable to refund this fee, you will need to call Active.
  • All Spots are first-come, first served.  Open spots will be visible at Registration.  If you do not see your time slot listed, it has been filled.
  • Please use a current email and cell phone when setting up your Active profile.  We will send emails and texts with notifications as needed.  (closures, upcoming breaks, next session sign-ups, etc)
